My name is Ethan or Bige. I've always been someone who wants to make a difference and do it with an awesome team. I am very familiar with failure and know how to pivot and take that crucial criticism. I've grown up being the runt who has to try a little harder than everyone else to make sure I was seen, and I carry that mentality to this day. We created YOU to help people connect with these shared moments in our lives, which shape who we become today. We want to share these stories and inspire people who see themselves in that story.

I'm Cesar Nunez, and my entrepreneurial journey started with almost creating DoorDash in high school. Almost, as in, I had nothing I needed: no cash, no clue, and no crew. But failure is just success in progress, right? Since then, I've been on a mission to understand what success really means. Being creative in one way or another has always fueled my life. I had a hard time deciding what I wanted to do with my life. It took longer than I would have liked, but I found a love for marketing and copywriting.
